Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business strategy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Build statistical models to forecast business outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.
- Data Mining: Utilize SQL and Python to query databases, perform data mining, and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement new analytical solutions.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and present findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy). Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
