Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop intuitive data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track KPIs.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- SQL Querying: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various databases and data warehouses.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large datasets.
