Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and business performance metrics
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to define analytics requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation, cleaning, and documentation processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics role
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
