Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations using data-driven narratives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-critical insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
