- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies in ETL pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven strategy
- Document analysis methodologies and maintain data dictionaries
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas/Numpy)
- Tableau/Power BI certification or demonstrable expertise
- Experience with healthcare or financial data preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to relocate to Columbus, Ohio by start date
