Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to support business decision-making.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, product) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- SQL Management: Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve data and perform complex database manipulations efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Programming: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise recommendations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
