Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Build and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and optimizing query performance.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies to recommend improvements to data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python/R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
