Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Extract, clean, and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Reporting: Generate accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement data validation protocols to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our reporting systems.
- Forecasting: Utilize statistical models to predict future trends and assist in resource planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying & Database Management) and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Programming: Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
- Shift Requirements: Must be willing and able to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, business-friendly language.
