- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to a consistent part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
