Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in NY and CA to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future trends and support budgeting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong experience with Python or R is highly desirable.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive logical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
