Responsibilities
- Execute complex ETL processes and SQL queries to extract and clean large datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track real-time KPIs and business metrics.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, anomalies, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and reporting structures.
- Document data models, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge transfer across the night shift team.
- Generate executive summaries and reports highlighting key insights for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably within a Night Shift or 24/7 support environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (including stored procedures, indexing, and window functions).
- Strong scripting skills in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience with cloud data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
