Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, and Excel to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
- Build automated reports and scripts to streamline nightly data processing workflows and reduce manual errors.
- Conduct root cause analysis on data discrepancies and implement corrective solutions efficiently.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience working in a Night Shift environment is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
