Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Ensure data integrity and quality control across all reporting systems and nightly processes.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a Night Shift environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting during night hours.
