Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing for nightly reporting cycles.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting standards.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during high-volume night operations.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and standard operating procedures for data workflows.
- Identify and troubleshoot data pipeline issues that may impact business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or shift-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM EST).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
