We are Apex Data Systems, a global leader in providing actionable business intelligence. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our night shift operations team. This is a fully remote position offering a competitive salary and relocation assistance for candidates willing to relocate to the Kansas City, MO area.

Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain robust SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support data extraction.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable business strategies.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure compliance and knowledge retention.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or night shift setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and communicate effectively during overlap hours.
- Willingness to relocate to Kansas City, MO with assistance provided.
