Responsibilities
- Data Processing: Extract, clean, and transform large volumes of raw data from various sources to ensure high accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities for the business.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
- SQL Proficiency: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve data and support ad-hoc analysis requests.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, analysis methodologies, and reporting structures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with exposure to night shift operations or remote work environments.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, or R. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Schedule: Must be willing and able to work the assigned Night Shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
