Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
- SQL Management: Write complex queries and stored procedures in SQL to retrieve and manipulate data from various databases.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and reporting structures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Night Shift Operations: Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting during assigned night shift hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Schedule: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Remote Work: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
