What You'll Do:
- Data Governance: Oversee the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that translate complex data into actionable business intelligence for leadership.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous data cleaning and anomaly detection to prevent errors in downstream reporting.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to identify data gaps and optimize our analytical processes.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Analyze historical data to forecast trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop automated reporting scripts to reduce manual workload.
- Maintain documentation for data models and reporting frameworks.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with high energy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
