Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large-scale datasets using SQL and Python to ensure high-quality data integrity.
- Design and maintain interactive, real-time dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive leadership.
- Analyze complex data patterns and trends to identify key business opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and develop predictive models for future forecasting.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders during night shift handovers.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime in reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and experience with Python/R.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
