Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities using SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive reporting (Tableau/Power BI)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for operational improvements
- Monitor KPIs and generate real-time performance reports during night shift hours
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise documentation and presentations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and data visualization skills
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
