As a Data Analyst on our night shift, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive our business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy, allowing our stakeholders to make informed decisions 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analyze complex data patterns and trends to identify business opportunities and operational risks.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain data warehouses and ensure proper documentation of data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
