Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for nightly reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support strategic planning and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and present findings in a clear, actionable manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors in nightly operations.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company security protocols during off-hours processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SQL for database querying and complex data manipulation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems with limited supervision.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Experience with cloud data warehousing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake) is a plus.
