Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure high data quality.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Monitor data integrity and system performance during off-peak hours to ensure continuous business operations.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner using storytelling techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (including complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift.
