Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, cleanse, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve specific data sets and support data engineering initiatives.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate weekly and monthly reports that provide actionable insights to drive business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand data requirements and suggest improvements to data collection processes.
- Process Automation: Identify manual processes and automate them using Python or R to increase productivity and reduce human error.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work a Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and think critically.
