Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce weekly/monthly reports for executive leadership.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through rigorous data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain data governance standards and document complex data processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures, Window Functions).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
