Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on complex datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and business opportunities that impact nightly operations.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Integrity: Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure 100% accuracy in all nightly reporting cycles and ETL pipelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and optimize data architecture.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports highlighting growth areas and operational risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a 24/7 or shift-based operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python for data manipulation and scripting.
- Visualization: Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
