Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data for ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and support business decision-making processes.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to identify and resolve errors within the nightly data pipelines.
- Monitor system performance and generate weekly reports highlighting trends and anomalies.
- Document data processes and create standard operating procedures for data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a night shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
