Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and perform exploratory data analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to extract data and ensure data integrity across various databases.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical models to interpret data and provide actionable insights to the product and business teams.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data bottlenecks and propose efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work a Night Shift schedule.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business language.
