- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and generate nightly performance reports for leadership
- Collaborate with night shift operations teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure real-time analytics
- Present findings to executive leadership through concise, actionable insights
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or 24/7 environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis methodologies
- Experience with ETL processes and database management
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
