Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze real-time operational data during the night shift to identify anomalies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement in clinical and administrative workflows.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain complex dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) that provide leadership with up-to-the-minute visibility into night shift performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Integrity: Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure the accuracy of nightly reports and historical databases.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on historical data to forecast trends, predict staffing needs, and support long-term strategic planning for the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the IT and Operations teams to resolve data discrepancies and implement new data collection systems.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation for data models, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge continuity across shifts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries and stored procedures), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and trends within large datasets with high accuracy.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
