As a Data Analyst Night Shift, you will bridge the gap between technical data processing and business strategy, working independently to deliver high-quality reports and dashboards during our peak operational hours.
Responsibilities
- Perform Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Generate Actionable Reports: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize data in real-time.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate data collection processes and improve overall data integrity.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the engineering and product teams to resolve data discrepancies and answer ad-hoc analytical questions.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all data handling complies with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and experience with BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11 PM - 7 AM or 12 AM - 8 AM).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Tools: Familiarity with ETL processes and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
