Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across sales, operations, and customer experience departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Present findings to leadership with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
