Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Create and maintain automated dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Develop ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity across systems
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Optimize data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
