Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and preprocess large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to forecast market trends, identify customer behavior patterns, and support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations for management, translating complex data findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and propose solutions to optimize data flow and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attributes: Highly detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
