Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization and operational efficiency.
- SQL Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is highly preferred.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to think critically and solve complex problems using data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
