Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports
- Design and implement data collection systems to ensure quality and accessibility of information
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visual storytelling
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track business objectives and recommend improvements
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation processes and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data manipulation (Pandas, dplyr)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis capabilities and experimental design knowledge
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating past data analysis projects and business impact
