Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and report on project progress.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
