Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into analytical models and reports.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Conduct ongoing research into data science methodologies and emerging technologies to improve team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems using data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to business partners.
