Responsibilities
- Drive Decision Making: Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights that influence key business strategies and operational improvements.
- Visualize Success: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various systems by performing rigorous data cleansing and validation.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models and trend analysis to forecast future performance and identify potential risks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current data processes and propose automation strategies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (advanced querying), Python, or R, plus experience with data visualization platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.
- Remote Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with high levels of self-discipline and time management.
