Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL processes.
- Create intuitive visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Produce regular performance reports and executive summaries for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
