Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data models.
- Perform rigorous data quality checks and ensure the accuracy of reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and technical teams in a clear, concise manner.
- Optimize data pipelines and database queries to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
