Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Design and maintain robust SQL queries and database structures to support reporting needs.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business trends and operational inefficiencies.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to executive leadership.
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accurate business reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and develop analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and strong understanding of database concepts.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
