Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive and intuitive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize data and track performance metrics in real-time.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to retrieve data efficiently and support ad-hoc reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (Advanced functions).
- Visualization: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
