Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in historical and real-time data.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust data models.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency by analyzing operational data.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and joining databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, INDEX-MATCH, and creating macros.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
