Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and written documentation.
- Automate data collection processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
