Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and drive data-driven decision-making processes.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through statistical modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
