Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and correlations.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering) to define data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize business processes.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
