Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and trends.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate campaign performance and product features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Create automated reporting pipelines to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of insights.
- Communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences through clear presentations and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data findings to executive leadership.
