Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex data sets to uncover trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Perform rigorous data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data sources.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to support product and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
