Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems supporting our global platform
- Optimize infrastructure for 99.99% uptime and sub-100ms latency during peak hours
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements for rapid, secure deployments on AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Implement security best practices across microservices and data pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps
- Drive innovation through experimentation with emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with modern frameworks

- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code
